One-way ticket permanent exhibition: € 7, reduced: € 4.50
Group ticket permanent exhibition from 10 persons: 4,50 € per person
Combiticket Rautenstrauch-Joest-Museum/ Museum Schnütgen: 10,00 €, reduced: 7,00 €.
Separate reductions apply for people with a severe disability (GdB) of 50% or more:
One-way ticket permanent exhibition: € 3.50
Combined ticket Rautenstrauch-Joest-Museum/ Museum Schnütgen: € 5.00
The disabled person's ID card must be presented at the museum ticket offices in order to be granted reduced admission.
Photography
Photography for private purposes in the foyer and in the permanent exhibition is permitted without a tripod or flash. For photo requests or when taking photos for publications, please contact our administration: rjm@stadt-koeln.de.

The museum is suitable for wheelchair users.
The event hall is equipped with induction loops.
For the hearing impaired (hearing aid, CI wearers) a ring loop is available at the audio guide.
Videoguides
an offer for deaf people: Films in sign language explain the themed tour, show you the highlights of the exhibition and explain the content in a child-friendly way. The devices can be borrowed free of charge at the information desk in the foyer. You can find more information here.
Library
Our library is a reference library, i.e. books and journals are not borrowed outside the library.
They can be used in the reading room from Tue-Fri 10:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 16:00.
The collection can be searched via the online catalog.
The use of the library is free of charge.
In order to provide you with the best possible service, we kindly ask you to register in advance.
Museum café
The Museum Café invites you to linger from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday to 6 p.m., with fresh food and drinks.
Museum store
Inspired by our exhibitions, you will find in the joint museum store of the Rautenstrauch-Joest-Museum and the Museum Schnütgen mainly original jewelry and textiles from many countries of the world as well as various ethnographic art and utility objects.
Here you will also find an interesting assortment of specialized and entertainment literature with titles on both collections. Postcards and children's toys complete the assortment
